Java’s original aim was to bring you the best coffee Kenya has to offer, but we later felt we must try and bring the best Africa has to offer! Where best to start than in Ethiopian, the birthplace of Coffee!! We traveled to Ethiopia to sample and select these coffees from Ethiopia’s premier growing region of Yirgacheffe. This coffee is distinctively famous for their acidity, light body and notes citrus, jasmine and spice. An elegant coffee to be enjoyed by those who wish to explore and experience the richness of Ethiopia.
